Col Joe Kittenger Talk at Frontiers of Flight

Join the Dallas Squadron at the Frontiers of Flight on Feb 26th at 1900hrs to see the presentation of Col Joe Kittinger. He holds the world record for the highest parachute jump at 102,800 ft and reached a speed of 614mph or .9 Mach. In addition he was our very own Rich Graham’s squadron commander for the famous Triple Nickel fighter squadron in Vietnam.
Cadet Patrick selected for flight academy scholarship

We want to wish Cadet Patrick the best of luck as he starts his flight training this week at the Texas Wing Flight Academy. Cadet Patrick was one of a handful of cadets that were granted scholarships to pay for the flight training!
Dallas Squadron Members participate in SAREVAL

Members of the Dallas squadron were part of the ICP staff for the SAREVAL for Texas wing. This is the bi-annual USAF review of CAP’s capabilities and Texas wing did a great job. The planning section was made up largely of members of TX-391 (all but 2) and they were one of four sections cited as being excellent by the air force!
N982CP has a new home

We are thrilled to announce that Business Jet Center is generously sponsoring the Dallas Composite Squadron. Their state of the art facility is the new home to N982CP and will be the base of operations for the Dallas Squadron for all future SAREX’s.
