Dallas Composite Squadron Change of Command

The Dallas Composite Squadron marked a significant milestone in squadron history with a formal Change of Command on Monday, July 28, 2014.

Change of Command, one of the most formal ceremonies conducted, is a time-honored ceremony designed to mark the occasion when the responsibility of command is passed to the incoming commander.  The Change of Command signifies the end of one era and the beginning of the next.  It was a great moment to reflect on the steady growth and accomplishments of the Dallas Composite Squadron while under the leadership and command of Lt. Col. Bob Sides.

Following the Change of Command and a formal receiving line, the squadron, guests, family and well-wishers, totaling more than 65 individuals, were treated to a delicious buffet.  Thanks to Lt Holub, Lt Applewhite, and all the members and their families for the generous food contributions.
