Capt Mark Holub, squadron commander, opened Monday night’s meeting by thanking all CAP members for the volunteer service
given to 391st squadron throughout the year. Capt Holub recounted the success of this year's Wreaths Across
America. 2nd Lt Joan Gulliksen coordinated this
year’s distribution of Holiday wreaths at the Dallas Fort Worth National
Cemetery. 8,500 wreaths were funded
through donations collected throughout this year. The wreaths were individually
placed at veteran’s gravesites by almost 400 members of Civil Air Patrol, Young
Marines, Sea Cadets, and Boy Scouts of America.
